Agent Profile

My primary focus is to be a generalist in the transaction of a broad range of real estate offering full services as a Real Estate Associate to clients and customers. This will include the sale and purchase of single family residential, commercial, industrial and land sales & leasing. During my last 10 years as a Licensed Real Estate Associate I have successfully sold and purchased commercial and industrial lands, as well as completing leasing transactions for office and warehouse space. I have worked on residential, commercial and industrial developments since 1977, which has included land acquisition, development, marketing and successful sales of serviced parcels. Most recently I have been involved in the completion of the marketing and sales of serviced parcels of industrial parks within the Edmonton and metro area as well as leasing and sale of office/warehouse projects. My experience in land and project development and an excellent knowledge of Real Estate provides added assistance in the sales and buying process.
